American Horror Story follows the Harmon family who moves from Boston to Los Angeles to escape their painful past. Ben (played by Dylan McDermott), Vivien (Connie Britton) and Violet (Taissa Farmiga), move from Boston to Los Angeles after Vivien gives birth to a stillborn baby and Ben has an affair with one of his students. The family moves to a restored mansion, unaware that the house is haunted. Ben and Vivien try to rekindle their relationship as Violet, suffering from depression, finds comfort with Tate. Constance Langdon and Larry Harvey routinely and frequently affect the Harmons’ lives.

Aside from the mystery that looms over the family characters, the house itself talks thousands of secrets which are truly scary to know. Meanwhile, on the last week episode of American Horror Story “Smoldering Children”, it was revealed that Tate caused Larry’s scars by setting him on fire on the morning of the school shooting. Constance is told by police detectives of Travis’ murder, and her behavior causes them to suspect her as his killer. In an act of penance for his own crimes, Larry confesses to the murder, knowing details of the crime that only the police knew. Furthermore, Ben learns that Violet has not been seen in school in over two weeks and checks out boarding schools for her. Hearing this, Tate takes measures to keep her around, ending with showing Violet her corpse in the house’s crawlspace. Violet had actually died in her suicide attempt in Episode 6. Ben also learns that Tate is the Rubber Man and the one who also got Vivien pregnant as well.

The previous episode almost takes our breath away, yet I know you are longing to know what’s next then, now that everything started to fall apart. Could Ben find the strength to handle all the mess that happens to his family, or the other way around?
